For all returns, exchanges and refunds, please contact us and return the item within 14 days of placing the order.

Exchanges: A brand new replacement product will be sent, and Purple Turtle Co will cover the cost of the return shipping of the faulty item by providing you with a free pre-paid return shipping label.

Returns: If you receive the product and would like to return it for a refund, Purple Turtle Co will issue a full refund within 3 working days once the product has been returned.
